Welcome to Eat Cook Bake RD! I'm Andrea, a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) in Nova Scotia, Canada, and I’m passionate about helping women transform their health through balanced nutrition, mindset, and community support.

I believe that achieving your health goals is about more than just food—it’s about creating lasting habits that empower you.

  • I’m a Registered Dietitian in Nova Scotia with over 23 years of experience in nutrition. In addition to coaching, I bring my expertise to management at IWK Health, a women's and children hospital.

  • I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a Master’s in Applied Human Nutrition, both from Mount Saint Vincent University.

  • As someone who is lactose intolerant and at high risk for cardiovascular disease (thanks, genetics!), I understand the importance of healthy habits not just for how they make us feel, but for preventing future health issues.

  • When I'm not working with clients or at IWK Health, you’ll find me in the kitchen, cooking, baking, and hosting gatherings with family. I believe that healthy habits truly are a game changer, making life easier and more enjoyable.
